Friday May 3

They archery course crew will be at the site around lunchtime, but since they need to set up the course, the earliest time event crew will be available at Flackl Wirt is around 6 pm.

That means you can check into the hotel any time after 2pm but will only meet us on site from 6pm onward. We have a seminar room as our “base” at the hotel or you can enjoy a leasurly dinner at the hotel restaurant.

Dinner on Friday is not part of the event fee but you can opt for the buffet dinner at the hotel and there are shops nearby.

In the evening we can usually use the sauna at the hotel and/or spend the time with music and (historical) games.

Saturday May 3 – field/ 3D course and competition

9:30 am Equipment check and explanation of scoring, loading the car for lunch

approx. 10:00 am Start off on warm-up range

approx. 10:30 am Start of competition

If the weather permits, we will stay on the course all day and provide a lunch break there with a ploughman’s lunch. There will be a “provisions car” halfway through the course with food and drinks and we will set up a picknick there.

If the weather permits, we can return to the warm-up range for a scored shoot towards the Drachenwald Company of Archers

In the evening, we serve the Hunting Pot at the hotel. This is some form of game stew with the appropriate side dishes. A vegetarian option will be provided if you indicate that you are vegetarian. If you tell us about food issues (allergies etc) we can tell you whether you need to bring or order an alternative to the evening meal. In that case we will of course reduce your fee.

Sunday May 5 – time for individual archery

Hotel breakfast for house guests

Hotel check-out for all house guests is 10am, that includes those who have booked crash space. We can leave our luggage in the luggage room or in our seminar room.

Those who have booked all weekend archery can shoot on the course on their own.
